Step 1
将材料A混合均匀，压入蒸碟内。Mix ingredients A and press it in a steaming plate.
Step 2
把肉饼放入蒸锅内蒸15分钟。Put into steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

取出切成方块然后排放在碟上。Remove and cut into square pieces，arrange in a plate.
Step 4
倒材料C入小锅内，加入材料B煮滾，拌入献汁。Cook ingredients C in a sauce pot，add in ingredients B and stir in flour solution.
Step 5
取出淋在蒸好的肉饼上，趁热上桌。Remove and pour on steam minced meat，serve hot.
