    Step 1

    放米入水内浸泡3小时,取出加入其他材料A拌匀。Soak rice for 3 hours,remove and mix with others ingredients A.

    Step 2

    烧热5汤匙油入镬内,加入所有材料A炒香后取出。Heat 5tbsp oil in wok,add in all ingredients A and stir fry until fragrant. Remove.

    Step 3

    将材料B、C和D拌匀然后腌1小时。Mix ingredients B,C and D marinade for 1 hour.

    Step 4

    放1份米入粽叶,加入做法3再用米盖着包好,用水草扎紧。Put a portion of rice in dumpling leaves,add in method 3 and cover with rice,wrap and tie up with string.

    Step 5

    倒1/2锅水和1汤匙盐入8公升气压锅内煮滚。Put 1/2 pot of water and 1tbsp salt in an 8 litre pressure cooker,bring to the boil.

    Step 6

    放入粽子盖着,用气压煮1小时即可。Put in dumplings and cover to pressure cook for 1 hour.
