    Step 1

    将番薯刨薄片,炸至香脆,铺盘。Cut sweet potato into thin slices and then deep fry until crispy, arrange on serving plate.

    Step 2

    日本鲜菇切去菇蒂,用水冲洗,用吸油纸吸干水份,捞入调味料,腌片刻备用。Remove stems of mushroom,wash and pat dry with paper tower and marinate with its seasoning.

    Step 3

    脆浆拌匀备用,蘸酱拌匀备用。Mixes batter ingredients.

    Step 4

    把鲜菇用海苔扎好,沾上脆浆炸至酥脆至全部炸好,享用时沾上蘸酱。Wrap each mushroom with seaweed and then coat with batter,deep fry until crispy. Serve with dipping sauce.
