    Step 1

    将凉拌沙律材料和调味料放进搅拌碗中,充分搅拌后放进冰箱冷藏备用。Mixes salad ingredients with dressing sauce and keep in fridge.

    Step 2

    鸡肉块加入腌料拌匀腌2小时。Marinate meat with condiments for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    烧热2杯炸油,将腌制好的鸡肉块粘上粟米粉,再粘上打散的鸡蛋液,放进油镬里,炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。Heat 2 cups oil in wok, deep fry the meat which pre-coated with corn flour and egg sauce. Deep fry until golden brown, drain.

    Step 4

    准备碟子铺上生菜,将炸好的炸弹鸡球排上,配凉拌沙律食用。Arrange fried chicken in plate, garnish and serve with salad.
