莲蓉是用莲子制成的细腻甜馅,具有浓郁的香气和丰富的口感。 小贴士:馅料可随意更改。
材料A拌勻待放3 小时,加入材料B搓成幼滑面团。Mix ingredients A and leave for 3 hours. Add in ingredients B and knead into a smooth dough.
把面团分成每粒25克,包入50克馅料压入小月饼模型后扣出,搽上蛋液。放入烘炉用180℃烘至金黄色即可。Divide dough into 25g each,wrap in 50g filling,press into mini moon cake mould,remove and brush with egg wash. Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
再把面团分成每粒50克包入100克馅料,把迷你月饼放在中间然后包好,压入月饼模内,扣出后搽上蛋液. 排入烘炉,用180℃烘至金黄色。Make dough into 50g each and wrap in 100g filling,put mini moon cake at the centre and wrap up, press into moon cake mould,remove and brush with egg wash. Arrange in oven and bake at 180℃until golden brown.
将月饼切成小块即可享用。Cut moon cake into pieces and serve.
