    Step 1

    在豆干粒上撒少许生粉。Sprinkle some corn flour over diced bean curd.

    Step 2

    把豆干炸至金黄色。Deep-fry diced bean curd in hot oil until golden in colour.

    Step 3

    另外起锅热油和麻油,把蒜茸和菜脯爆香,然后加入长豆、红萝卜及豆干粒,再加入调味料炒均。Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok,fry garlic and choy poh till aromatic. Add long beans,carrot,fried bean curd and seasoning. Stir well to mix.

    Step 4

    加入叉烧,快炒至均匀。Add in char siu and toss briskly to combine.

    Step 5

    盛出后装饰上桌。Dish out and garnish. Sprinkle with peanuts and chili slices.
