【烘焙小贴士】 用 1粒蛋黄拌入少许盐和1汤匙水,即成蛋液。
先将派皮解冻,切成4条,然后扞成长薄形。Divide puff pastry into 4 strips, and then roll each strip into long and flat shape.
把莲蓉分成4条,分別放入胶袋内然后辗薄(与派皮同样)。Divide lotus paste into 4 portions, put each portion into a plastic bag and roll it flat. (same size as pastry)
将一份莲蓉放在一片派皮上,然后卷起。Put 1 strip each of lotus paste on flatten pastry strips and roll up.
把蛋液搽匀在派皮上。Brush egg wash all over pastry.
用180℃烘至金黄色,取出再搽一次蛋液即可。Bake at 180℃ until golden brown. Remove and brush on again.
