    Step 1

    先将燕菜粉以及糖搅拌均匀,烧开水,加入拌好的燕菜粉,煮至透明即可。Mix agar-agar powder and sugar evenly. Boil water and add the mixed agar-agar powder. Cook until transparent.

    Step 2

    切好的水果放进纸袋粒,燕菜水稍微凉了之后倒进袋子里,并将封口对折形成粽子的形状。Place diced fruits into the paper bags. Once the agar-agar mixture has cooled slightly, pour it into the bags. Fold the opening to form the shape of dumpling.

    Step 3

    完全冷却凝固之后放入冰箱冷藏2小时后即可食用。Allow to cool and solidify completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

    Step 4

    要更有仪式感,可将定型后的水晶粽用绳子绑起成一串粽子。For presentation, tie the set dumplings together with string.
