    Step 1

    将烤箱预热至190℃。Preheated the oven at 190℃.

    准备一张烘焙纸,放入芦笋和柠檬。Prepare a big pieces of parchment paper that enough to cover the fish, place asparagus at the bottom, then follow by lemon slices.

    Step 3

    放上三文鱼,将樱桃番茄和刺山柑围边,再撒上盐,然后包扎好。Then put the salmon on top of lemon, surround it with cherry tomato and capers. Sprinkle the salt over fish. Then wrapped it over and seal the side by pinching and folding the egde.

    Step 4

    将鱼放入烤箱内烤20分钟即可。Place the fish envelope on a tray and bake it for 20 minutes.

    Step 5

    取出即可享用。Once done and its ready to serve.
