    Directions

    Step 1

    挞皮做法 SUGAR DOUGH Method将所有材料混合均匀成面团。 将其擀成0.3毫米,然后铺成所需的挞模。放入烤箱中以170ºC烘烤15分钟。Mix well all ingredients into a dough. Roll it into 0.3mm and mould it into desire tart mould. Par-bake in the oven at 170ºC for 15 minutes.

    Step 2

    奶油芝士馅料做法 CREAM CHEESE FILLING Method将奶油芝士和糖混合均匀,慢慢加入全蛋,然后加入奶油、醋和香草精。将混合物倒入烤好的挞模中,约80%满。以150ºC烘烤30分钟。Mix well cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Slowly add in whole egg. Then add in cream, vinegar and vanilla essence.Pour in the mixture into the par-baked tart shell for about 80% full. Bake it at 150ºC for 30 minute.

    Step 3

    柠檬酱做法 LEMON CURD Method将柠檬汁、糖、全蛋和蛋黄放入搅拌碗中混合均匀,然后将其煮沸至85ºC。加入明胶块并充分混合。最后加入牛油,以手动搅拌器搅拌均匀。 Mix well lemon juice, sugar, whole egg and egg yolk in a mixing bowl and double boil it to 85ºC. Add in gelatine mass and mix well. Add in butter and blend it with hand blender.
