    小贴士: 梅菜先洗净加水和1/2汤匙盐浸泡1小时后,再冲洗几次挤干才用。

    Step 1

    将梅菜洗净然后切成小块。Clean and cut Mui Choi into small pieces.

    Step 2

    烧热1/2杯油,炒香姜丝。Heat 1/2 cup oil in wok,stir fry ginger until fragrant.

    Step 3

    放入肉炒熟,加入梅菜炒匀。Add in belly meat stir fry until cooked,add in Mui choi stir fry evenly.

    Step 4

    倒入材料B焖至软熟,拌入芡计即可食用。Pour in ingredients B simmer until tender,stir in thickening and serve.
