    Step 1

    烧热1汤匙油爆香蒜茸,加入其他材料B炒至均匀,再加入调味料炒至熟,盛起备用。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté garlic until fragrant,then toss in other ingredients B follows with seasoning and stir-fry until cooked,dish out.

    Step 2

    准备蒸笼,将米洗净,倒入蒸盘加入水,放入蒸笼蒸10分钟后加入炒好了的材料,再蒸至全熟即可享用。Wash rice grains,put in steamer,pour in water and steam for 10 minutes;and then add in all stir-fried ingredients and continue steaming until rice is cooked,done.
