    心得交流站 : 搅拌好的材料最好先放进冰箱冷藏1小时才比较容易成形。

    Step 1

    将全部材料放进搅拌碗里和调味料充份搅拌至起胶,分成10份做成扁圆形肉饼。Place all ingredients with seasoning in mixing bowl and blend with hand until springy;separate into 10 portions and flatten into round patties shape.

    Step 2

    烧热油,开中火将咸鱼煎至金黄色,捞起放置一旁,保留煎咸鱼的油备用。Heat oil in wok,sear salted fish until crispy,set aside and keeps the oil.

    Step 3

    将咸鱼骨起出,咸鱼肉按碎。Debone salted fish and crush it.

    Step 4

    烧热煎咸鱼剩下的油,放入肉饼,中火煎至金黄色。Sear the patties with the left over salted fish oil in medium heat until golden brown.

    Step 5

    捞起沥干油份,马上享用。Drain and serve with cucumber and tomato.
