    Directions

    Step 1

    沙谷米浸水后,充份沥干,捞入材料B备用。Drain sago and mixes with ingredients B.

    Step 2

    紫薯隔水蒸35分钟至熟,趁热压成泥,再加入澄面粉拌匀,待冷分出等分,搓圆备用。Steam sweet potato for 35 minutes until cooked;mash it while hot,mix in wheat flour;let cool down before separate into equal portions and shape into balls.

    Step 3

    馅料的糖和水煮溶,加入紫薯炒至离镬。Boil sugar of filling with water until dissolved,add in mashed sweet potato,stir fry into paste and dish out.

    Step 4

    取2片粽叶摺成斗形,放入适量沙谷米,再放入紫薯球,最后再盖上适量沙谷米。Use 2 sprigs bamboo leaves to form a cone shape,add in some sago mixture,top with a sweet potato ball,cover with sago mixture again.

    Step 5

    压平包成三角形,用绳扎紧,至全部包好。Fold bamboo leaves into triangle shape,tighten with hemps string.

    Step 6

    煮滚一锅水,放入粽子,煮40分钟即成。Boil water in a deep pot,add in dumplings and boil for 40 minutes,done.
