    Step 1

    臭豆辣椒酱做法:辣椒酱捣碎,加入食油爆香,加入糖和盐即可。How to make Chili Petai Paste: Crush the chili paste, add cooking oil, and sauté until fragrant. Add sugar and salt to taste. Heat the pan and add the prepared chili paste. Stir in the stink beans and sauté until fragrant. Set aside.

    Step 2

    热锅后加入做法1的辣椒酱,再放入臭豆炒香备用。Heat the pan and add the prepared chili paste. Stir in the petai and sauté until fragrant. Set aside.

    Step 3

    咖喱猴头菇做法:热锅,加入油烧热,爆香桂皮、八角、豆蔻仔,加入已搅拌好的辣椒糊炒至香味溢出。How to make Curry Mushroom: Heat oil in a pan, sauté cinnamon stick, star anise, and cardamom until fragrant. Add the blended chili paste and cook until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入猴头菇拌抄均匀,倒入500毫升水,在加入马铃薯煮约10分钟。Add the monkey head mushrooms and stir-fry evenly. Pour in 500ml water and add potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    最后加入椰浆和调味料煮滚即可。Add coconut milk and seasonings. Bring to a boil and it's ready to serve.
