    Step 1

    将沙谷米分成3份,加入三个不同口味的Bionutricia Extract Liquid 捞匀备用。 Divide unwashed sago pearls into 3 portions and mix with 3 different Bionutricia Extract Liquid & set aside.

    Step 2

    将3种口味的沙谷米分别放入锅内,注入350毫升清水煮10分 钟至滚,熄火后盖上休息10分钟。过后打开检查,所有的沙谷 米必须完全熟透没有白点。 Boil 3 different portions of sago pearls with 350ml water for 10 minutes or to a boil, then quickly turn off heat & cover it with a lid to rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir to see if the sago pearls are thoroughly cooked without the white bits in the centre

    Step 3

    将三个不同颜色的少谷米隔层放入准备好的玻璃杯内,收入冰 箱冷藏半小时。 Arrange 3 different colors of sago in different cup.

    Step 4

    椰糖做法:在另一个小锅内将椰糖、班兰叶及清水煮至糖溶解 及浓稠,待用。 To prepare gula Melaka: In another pot, simmer the gula Melaka, with water & pandan leaves. Simmer till the syrup is thick, sieve & set aside.

    Step 5

    组合:倒扣沙谷米在碗上,淋上椰浆和椰糖,即可享用。 To assemble: Unmould the sago, then pour the coconut milk & gula Melaka over. Serve immediately.
