    先打开椰青挖出椰肉切条留用。带子和虾仁先飞水备用。Open the young coconut and remove the flesh and cut it into strips, set aside. Blanch the scallops and shrimp in boiling water and set aside.

    平底锅放油烧热,先放鸡蛋炒鸡蛋然后放入白饭,中火把饭炒热均匀,然后放上带子和虾仁,炒大约3分钟,然后放入粟米粒及椰青肉炒1分钟,最后下调味炒至均匀即可享用。Heat up the camellia oil in a pan. Beat the egg and stir-fry, add the white rice and stir-fry until heated through. Add the scallops and shrimp and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the corn kernels and coconut flesh and stir-fry for 1 minute. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
