    橙子含有维生素C,能增加机体抵抗力,增加毛细血管的弹性,降低血中胆固醇。 高血脂症、高血压、动脉硬化者常食橙子有益。 橙子所含纤维素和果胶物质,可促进肠道蠕动,有利于清肠通便,排除体内有害物质。

    Step 1

    将素面线大虾排在盆上,浇上少许面粉,两面沾面粉待用。Line mock prawns on the tray, sprinkle with little flour on both sides.

    Step 2

    烧热油,放入素面线大虾炸至金黄色,捞起吸干油份。Heat oil in wok, deep fry mock prawns until golden brown, drain oil off.

    Step 3

    把鲜橙剖三片,再撕出鲜橙肉粒待用。Cut the fresh orange into three pieces and obtain its flesh for later use.

    Step 4

    将调味料倒入锅煮至沸及浓稠,把已炸好的素面线大虾放入拌均匀即可排上碟,再放上鲜橙肉即可。Bring seasonings to boil until thicken; toss in fried mock prawns and arrange on plate, top with orange flesh and serve.
