    功能:益气补血,健脾和胃。 适应症:产后贫血,头晕面黄,腹胀纳差,失眠健忘,畏寒怕冷,手脚麻木。

    Step 1

    当归、北芪、熟地、党参、川芎、焦山楂同洗净,放入砂锅或钢锅内,加入清水 4 碗,大火煮滚后改用小火煎煮 30 分钟,弃渣留汁备用。Wash and place DangGui, BeiQi, ShouDi, DangSheng,ChuanXiong and caramelised ShanZha in pot, boil with 4 bowls of water, and then simmer in low heat for 30 minutes, filtered.

    Step 2

    将老母鸡、龙眼、红枣同放入钢锅或砂锅内,加入药汁(若嫌药汁过少,可另加清水补足),大火煮滚后撇去浮污,再煮大约 5 分钟。Place chicken, longan and red dates in pot, pour in herbs soup (may add water if the amount is in sufficient. Boil in high heat and remove scums, and then continue boiling for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    将鸡和汤移入蒸盆内,加入米酒、姜片、葱段,盖上盖子,入蒸笼内蒸约 2 个小时,至鸡肉熟烂时取出,加入食盐适当调味,即可。Transfer chicken soup to steamer, add in rice wine, ginger and spring onion, cover with lid and steam for 2 hours or until meat is soften. Season with salt.
