    Directions

    在广东等沿海地区叫做沙谷米、沙弧米。最为传统的是从西谷椰树的木髓部提取的淀粉,经过手工加工制成。沙谷米有健脾,补肺,化痰的功效,有治脾胃虚弱和消化不良的作用。还有使皮肤恢复天然润泽的功能。

    Step 1

    把半锅清水煮滚,加入沙谷米,不停搅拌至煮到透明,移入漏网中在自来水下洗掉黏液。Bring ½ pot water to a rapid boil. Add sago and stir until sago turns transparent. Drain in a sieve and wash under running tap water to remove the starch.

    Step 2

    把材料B放入小锅里,煮至滚。Combine ingredients in a small pot. Bring to a brief boil.

    Step 3

    加入玉米酱罐头,搅拌均匀,再拌入煮熟的沙谷米。Pour in sweet corn cream style and cooked sago to mix.

    Step 4

    加入椰浆头和淡奶,搅拌均匀,熄火。Add coconut milk and evaporated milk. Stir well to mix.

    Step 5

    把材料倒入模具或杯子里,然后待凉。Spoon mixture into desired serving cups or moulds. Allow to cool and set.

    Step 6

    放入冰箱冷藏后才吃。Chill the pudding in the refrigerator before serving.
