    Step 1

    先把鸡腿洗净吸干水份,切件用大碗盛装,加入红酒、洋葱、甘荀、盐、黑胡椒、糖捞匀腌一晚。Wash the chicken thighs, pat the chicken with paper towels until dry then cut into pieces. Place in a large bowl, add red wine, onion, carrot, salt, black pepper and sugar, cover and refrigerate for overnight.

    Step 2

    准备一个深锅,放油烧热后将鸡件煎至两面金黄,放入腌过的洋葱、甘荀及蕃茄和蘑菇炒匀。Prepare a deep pot, heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides, add the onions, carrot, tomatoes, mushrooms and stir well.

    Step 3

    放入腌制后过鸡的红酒及番茄膏和水,煮滚后开中火盖上盖焖15分钟。开盖后转大火把汁煮至浓稠关火,盛碟享用。Put in the marinated red wine, tomato paste and water bring to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Open the lid, turn to high heat and cook the sauce until thick, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
