香辣爽口的泡菜炒饭,如果不想用腊肠,可以转用鸡肉香肠。如果你是素食者,就将肉类转成素肉吧。

起锅热油,以中火把大葱炒至软身。Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add in diced onion and stir until onion turns soft.
加入泡菜和泡菜汁,煮至滚。Add in kimchi and kimchi juice. Keep stirring until it comes to a boil.
加入腊肠炒2分钟至汁开始收干。Add lap cheong and cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce is nearly dried out.
加入饭,炒至饭吸收汁,然后加入蚝油、黑胡椒粉及麻油,开大火炒至饭粒在锅里弹跳,即可盛出。Add lap cheong and cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce is nearly dried out.
撒上海苔碎即可上桌。Add some roasted seaweed to garnish.
