    Step 1

    煮水川烫鱼头4-5分钟,滴干。Bring water to a boil and blanch fish head pieces for 4-5 minutes.Dish out and drain well.

    Step 2

    把所有材料B放入汤锅中,加入调味料,煮至滚。Combine all ingredients B together and place into a pot.Add seasoning and bring to a boil.

    Step 3

    加入茄子和番茄,煮一会。Add eggplant, ladies’fingers and tomato and cook for a while.

    Step 4

    加入鱼头和淡奶,煮至滚后再焖10-12分钟才盛出。Put back fish head and add evaporated milk. Cook briefly to a boil again for 10-12 minutes.Dish out and serve.
