    Step 1

    先把洛神花用盐水浸1小时,再洗清水洗干净、把核去掉留用。Soak the Roselle in salt water for 1 hour, then wash it with clean water, remove the seedpods for later use.

    Step 2

    烧热1公升水,放洛神花核煮30分钟,让洛神花核果胶溶于水中,然后把果核隔水备用。Heat 1 liter of water, add seedpods cook for 30 minutes to extract the pectin from the seedpods. Drain and reserve the cooked liquid.

    Step 3

    煮滚洛神花核水,放入洛神花瓣煮大概20分钟,让花瓣差不多完全溶掉,放入黄糖再煮大概10分钟即成。To boil the cooked liquid, add in Roselle calyces and cook for about 20 minutes until almost completely dissolved, add brown sugar and cook for another 10 minute.

    Step 4

    可储存雪柜两星期,1茶匙加热水,可用作洛神花蜜饮用。It can be stored in the refrigerator last for two weeks. Take 1 teaspoon mix with hot water, enjoy.
