    Step 1

    先将津白洗净然后切大块。Clean and cut Chinese cabbage into big pieces.

    Step 2

    放津白入滚水内煮至熟透,取出沥干。Put Chinese cabbage into boiling water to cook. Remove and drain.

    Step 3

    把津白排在碟上再放上甜立贝。Arrange in a plate and put sweet scallops on top.

    Step 4

    倒材料B入小锅内煮滚。Pour ingredients B into a sauce pot, bring to the boil.

    Step 5

    拌入芡汁然后淋在食物上即可趁热食用。Stir in flour solution and pour it on the dish. Serve hot.
