    Step 1

    甜小米沥干水份,捞入调味料A腌30分,备用。Mixes sweet millet with seasoning A for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    爆香馅料B,加入馅料A(除了海藻)炒香,加入调味料B炒匀即可上碟,捞入海藻备用。Saute filling B until fragrant,add in filling A (except seaweed) and stir-fry until fragrant;toss in seasoning B and dish out;mix in seaweed.

    Step 3

    取两片粽叶,摺成斗形,加入适量小米,然后加入适量馅料,再铺上一层小米,包成三角形,用水草扎紧,至全部做好。Fold 2 pcs of bamboo leaves fold into cone shape,put in some millet and then top with some filling and cover with millet again;wrap into triangle shape and tighten with hemp string.

    Step 4

    煮滚半锅水,放入2茶匙盐和包好的小米粽,煮2小时即可取出,挂在通风处即成。Boil half pot of water with 2 tsp salt,add in dumplings and boil for 2 hours,hang up to drain.
