    Step 1

    将卜脆面糊材料拌匀备用。Mixes all batter ingredients into batter.

    Step 2

    烧热油160℃,用手沾上面糊,甩在热油中,成面珠炸至金黄色捞出备用。Heat oil to reach 160℃,place batter in palm and trough into hot oil, deep fry until crispy.

    Step 3

    寿司席铺在桌上,放上一片海苔,再放上一片圆形薄饼皮,加入适量剩余的材料A,放上大量炸卜脆,挤入适量拌勻的沙律酱,用寿司席卷成寿司卷,切段享用。Flatten bamboo sushi wrap on table,top with seaweed sheet and follow with popiah skin,then spread with other ingredients A and top with lots of crispy crepe;drizzle some dressing over and wrap up firmly;slice to serve.
