    炸到金黄色的酪梨, 外层酥酥脆脆内层creamy, 绝对让你爱不释手。

    Step 1

    烤箱预热200°C。Pre-heat oven at 200°C.

    Step 2

    将所有蘸酱材料混合均匀后,放入雪柜内冷藏,备用。Mixes all dipping sauce ingredients and store in fridge.

    Step 3

    将所有材料B混合均匀成面糊,备用;酪梨切块,备用。Mixes all ingredients B into batter, diced avocado and set aside.

    Step 4

    将酪梨块放进面糊内,再滚上一层消化饼饼碎。Dip avocado in batter and then coat with digestive biscuit.

    Step 5

    放入烤箱,烤30分钟至呈金黄色,即可取出,蘸酱享用。Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown; serve with dipping sauce.
