    Step 1

    把煮熟的马铃薯切成半公分厚片。 Cut cooked potatoes into 0.5cm thick slices.

    Step 2

    把金佣火腿猪肉切成半公分厚片。 Slice GOLDEN MAID ham into 0.5cm thick slices too.

    Step 3

    把烤炉预热至200*C,烤盘涂油。 Pre-heat oven to 200*C, grease the oven proof dish.

    Step 4

    在盘里铺上一层马铃薯片,然后铺上火腿猪肉片,再重复循环,铺马铃薯再铺肉,直至材料用尽。 Lay a layer of potatoes, followed by GOLDEN MAID ham, repeat the potatoes and ham until all ingredients finish.

    Step 5

    把奶油淋在上面,滴上少许牛油,再撒芝士茸, Pour the cream over the whole dish, dollop soft butter over and sprinkle cheese on top to cover the whole dish.

    Step 6

    然后放入烤炉烤10-15分钟即可。 bake in pre-heated oven for 10 -15 minutes. Done.
