    煲醉酒鸡具有驱寒暖胃,健脾活血,补中益气的功效。

    Step 1

    用1大匙油爆香蒜茸和姜丝,加入1大匙麻油,鸡块和木耳炒香。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute chopped garlic and ginger shredded till fragrant, add in sesame oil, chicken and black fungus, stir well .

    Step 2

    加入水煮滚,转小火煮20分钟,加入枸杞和调味料煮多5分钟。Add in water, cook with low heat for 20 minutes. Add Gou Qi and seasoning, cook for another 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    准备一个瓦煲,放入1小匙麻油和2大匙绍兴酒,倒入酒鸡,煮滚即可。Add in water, cook with low heat for 20 minutes. Add Gou Qi and seasoning, cook for another 5 minutes.
