预热平底锅,用中火爆材料A至金黄色后加入材料B 炒2分钟。 Heat pan over medium heat, and saute ingredients A until golden brown then toss in ingredients B and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 2

接着加入材料C煮滚,再拌入材料D,煮一分钟后 加入调味料拌匀。 Add in ingredients C, once boiled, stir in ingredients D, cook for 1 minutes, season to taste.
Step 3

当开始收汁后就可以上碟摆盘。 When gravy become thicken, dish out and serve.
