    Step 1

    将材料A加入捞米调味料腌片刻,备用。Toss seasoning for rice in ingredients A.

    Step 2

    烧热油2 1/2大匙爆香冬菇,加入所有馅料炒香,加入调味料炒香;勾芡煮至汁浓即成。Heat up 2 1/2tbsp oil in wok,sauté mushroom until fragrant,toss in all filling ingredients,thicken with thickening ingredients.

    Step 3

    取2片粽叶摺成斗型,加入适量米料,再加入适量馅料,再铺上一层米料包摺好,用水草扎紧,放入气压煲煮1小时即成。Use 2 sprigs of bamboo leaves to shape in cone,add some rice ingredients as base,fill in some filling and then top with some rice ingredients,fold in the leaf and tighten with hemps string. Cook in pressure cooker for 1 hour.
