    Directions

    心得交流站 : 煮粽, 水一定要煮滚才放粽。在水中加入适 量的盐,粽子的味道才不会冲淡。

    Step 1

    烧热油2大匙,炒香香菇,加入腰豆和所有焖冬菇 味料,焖至汁浓勾芡备用。Heat 2tbsp oil in wok, sauté mushroom until fragrant, add in cashew nut and all seasoning for mushroom, braise until gravy reduce and thicken with starch.

    Step 2

    糯米沥干水份,加入燕麦片及糯米味料拌匀备用。Drain glutinous rice and mixes in oats and all seasoning.

    Step 3

    取2片粽叶,摺成三角斗形,加入2汤匙糯米麦片, 加入适量馅料,再盖上一层糯米麦片,轻压将粽叶 摺好,再以草绳绑紧。Form a cone using 2 bamboo leaves. Fill up with 2 tablespoons of rice mixture. Add in adequate prepared filling and top up with a layer of rice mixture again. Fold leaf to cover up and secure tightly with hemp string.

    Step 4

    把粽子放入煮开的水中煮3小时即可。Boil dumplings in boiling water for 3 hours or until cooked.
