    心得交流站 : 牛蒡一旦去皮就要快速放进醋水,不然会立刻变黑。

    Step 1

    先把螺旋菜用250毫升食用水浸5分钟沥干水备用。Soak the spirulina in 250ml water for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    牛蒡去皮刨丝,烧热500毫升水放淡酱油煮滚,放牛蒡丝煮10分钟捞起沥干水放冰箱冷藏备用。Peel the burdock and shred it, heat 500ml of water, add light soy sauce and bring to a boil, add the burdock to boil for 10 minutes, remove and drain the water then put it into refrigerator for later use.

    Step 3

    取一碗放入糖、麻油、醋拌匀,最后加入牛蒡丝捞匀。Add sugar, sesame oil and vinegar into a bowl and mix well, shredded burdock add lastly.

    Step 4

    碟上放沙律菜、牛蒡丝及螺旋菜,洒上芝麻可享用。Place salad greens, shredded burdock and spirulina on the plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
