    猪排烩饭是一道美味的中式料理,结合了嫩滑的猪排和香浓的米饭。煎至金黄色的猪排加上饭粒也吸收了浓郁的汤汁,这道猪排烩饭更美味可口!

    Step 1

    鸡蛋打入碗中打勻成蛋汁。Beat egg in bowl.

    Step 2

    豬里肌肉用肉槌拍松,均勻撒上A料,再依序沾上面粉、蛋汁及 面包粉,放入热油锅中炸熟,捞出、沥干,切条,放在白饭上。Loosen the meat with meat mallet, sprinkle A on top, then coat with wheat flour, egg and bread crumbs accordingly, deep fry in hot oil, dish out and drain, cut into a few strips and place on top of rice.

    Step 3

    高汤放入锅中煮滚,加入B料煮勻,再加入太白粉水勾芡,盛 起,淋在猪排饭上,撒入青蔥花、柴鱼片及豆苗,即可食用。3. Bring stock to boil, add B and mix well, thicken with starch, pour on top of 2, sprinkle with chopped spring onion, dry stock fish and green pea.
