其实猪脚醋真的不难做,找到自己喜欢的牌子甜醋,如果有气压锅就更方便,全部材料丢进去等吃就是了。记得麻油不可以烧得太热,不然会苦。甜醋不可以太早放,猪脚很难软。

    Step 1

    烧热麻油,爆香老姜,加入猪脚炒至变金黄色,就可以加入水煮滚。Heat sesame oil in wok,sauté ginger until fragrant,add in trotter,stir-fry until golden brown,pour in water and bring to boil.

    Step 2

    用慢火煮20分钟,才加入黑甜醋,再煮至猪脚软。Simmer in low heat for 20 minutes,add in black vinegar and continue cooking until trotter softens.

    Step 3

    盛起即可配饭享用。Dish out and serve with rice.
