    Directions

    Step 1

    熟蛋黄过筛待用。Sift the bailed egg yolk and set it aside.

    Step 2

    将牛油放在室温30分钟至软,加入糖粉和盐搅拌5分钟。Put the butter at room temperature for 30 minutes until soft, add in icing sugar and salt and stir for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入熟蛋黄拌均匀。Add boiled egg yolk and mix well.

    Step 4

    加入过筛的粉类拌均匀成软面团。Add the sifted flour and mix evenly into a soft dough.

    Step 5

    将面团分割每粒了克,放在烤盘上,用拇指按扁。Divide the dough into 7g each, place it on a baking tray, and press it down with your thumb.

    Step 6

    烤箱预热160℃ 10分钟,放入饼干烘烤15-16分钟左右。Preheat the oven at 160℃ for 10 minutes, put the cookies and bake for about 15-16 minutes.

    Step 7

    饼干放凉用融化巧克力装饰。Let the cookies cool and decorate with melted chocolate.
