    Step 1

    将青葱铺在瓦煲底部,接着铺放黄芽白,接着摆上非洲鱼,上面铺上姜丝及指天椒。Lay the spring onions at the bottom of a clay pot, followed by the nappa cabbage. Arrange the Tilapia on top and sprinkle shredded ginger and crushed chili padi over it.

    将所有调味料预先混合拌匀,均匀地淋上,盖好锅盖,先大火煮5分钟后,转中火继续焗15分钟。Mix all the seasoning ingredients together in advance. Pour the mixture evenly over the fish. Cover the pot and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to medium and continue braised for 15 minutes.

    Step 3

    开盖后,用筷子插入鱼身测试熟度,如果筷子容易插过鱼身代表已熟。反之自己调整时间再多焗几分钟即可。After opening the lid, insert a chopstick into the fish to test if it is cooked. If the chopstick easily goes through the fish, it means it is done. If not, adjust the cooking time and bake for a few more minutes.
