小贴士 : 薯泥棒沾上清水,再滚上芝麻,炸时芝麻不容易脱落。
材料(A)拌匀,不粘锅放少许油,炒至面粉熟有黏性,备用。Mixes well ingredients(A). Grease non-stick pan with some oil, stir-fry the plain flour until cooked and sticky.
烧热油1大匙炒香材料(B),加入调味料拌匀,起锅,捞入杏仁碎,然后倒入材料(A)搓匀成馅料。Sauté ingredients (B) and seasoning with 1 tbsp oil until fragrant, dish out and mix with almond flake, and then mix with ingredients (A) into paste.
