    Directions

    Step 1

    用腌料腌鸡肉至少1小时。Marinate chicken with marinade for at least 1 hour.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把香料爆香,然后加入鸡肉,炒均后加入糙米。Heat oil in a deep saucepan. Fry spice ingredients until fragrant. Add in marinated chicken and fry to combine followed by rice.

    Step 3

    把所有材料移到电饭煲里,放入班兰叶和混合的调味料,搅拌均匀后让饭自动煮熟。Transfer mixture into an electric rice cooker. Put in pandan leaves and pour in combined seasonings. Stir to mix well and cook until rice is done.

    Step 4

    饭煮熟后让它待在电饭煲里10分钟。Leave rice in the rice cooker pot without opening for 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    把饭搅松加入装饰料即可。Fluff up the rice and add in garnishing.
