    小贴士 : 番薯豆蓉可在有机商店买到,蛋液是1粒蛋黄加1汤匙水。

    Step 1

    将菜油、糖粉及蛋黄打至幼滑,慢慢拌入面粉和香精,做成皮料。Beat margarine, icing sugar and egg york until creamy, slowly stir in flour and vanilla essence to form pastry.

    Step 2

    把皮料和馅料分匀,将馅料包入皮料。Divide pastry and filling into equal portion. Wrap filling into pastry.

    Step 3

    放入模型,搽蛋液在面上。用180℃烘烤至金黄色,取出再搽一层蛋液。Put into mould, brush top with egg wash. Bake at 180℃ until surface turn golden brown, remove and brush with egg wash again.

    Step 4

    待冷后即可进食。Leave until cool and serve.
