    Step 1

    将鸡腿加入腌料腌制隔夜。Marinate chicken wholeleg for over-night.

    Step 2

    准备汤煲,放入已经洗净的药材,加入调味料煮滚,小火焖10分钟。.Prepare stock with herbal and seasoning,bring to quick boil and then simmer in low heat for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    将鸡腿排在蒸盘上倒入药膳汤底。准备蒸笼加水煮滚后,放入白兰地药膳鸡腿,用大火蒸20分钟至熟。Place chicken wholeleg on plate,pour herbal soup and brandy over;and then steam in high heat for 20 minutes or until meat cooked.

    Step 4

    盛起撒上葱丝和辣椒丝即可马上享用。Sprinkle garnishing on top to serve.
