    白萝卜可消食健胃,理气化痰,用于治疗小儿厌食症。

    Step 1

    以腌料腌排骨2小时。Marinate pork ribs with Marinade A for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把排骨炸至金黄色,滴干油后装入碗,以中火蒸1小时。Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry ribs over high heat till just golden. Remove and drain well. Pack tightly into a bowl. Steam over medium heat for 1 hour.

    Step 3

    另外用高汤煮白萝卜及红萝卜至软后以盐调味。Meanwhile, boil radish and carrot in chicken stock till tender. Season soup with some salt.

    Step 4

    从蒸炉取的出排骨,连碗倒放入大碗里,然后倒扣在碟子上,拿掉蒸碗。Remove steamed ribs from steamer. Cool a while. Place a large soup bowl over the bowl of ribs and invert. Remove steaming bowl.

    Step 5

    把鸡汤和红白萝卜舀出,淋在排骨周围。Ladle the chicken soup, radish and carrot carefully around the ribs island.

    Step 6

    撒入莞荽茸,即可上桌。Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
