    把生筋剪开一个洞,填入馅料至半满,洞口涂上 少许面糊封口

    香酥鸡和豆干用搅拌机搅烂成泥, Blend mock crispy chicken and harden tofu in a blender till smooth,

    把生筋剪开一个洞,填入馅料至半满,洞口涂上 少许面糊封口。 Open cut the gluten, stuff in some filling till half full, seal with some batter.

    在平底锅热少许油,放入酿生筋与调味料B焖煮 至汁收干。 Heat some oil in pan, toss in stuffed gluten and seasoning B, simmer to boil till sauce thicken
