    Directions

    Step 1

    先把气球吹涨至自己喜欢的体积后绑紧。 隔水把巧克力煮溶。 Blow each balloon to the size of desired chocolate bowl & tie it. Melt chocolate in a bowl, with another pot of water at the bottom [bain-marie], stirring the chocolate until it melts.

    Step 2

    把气球沾巧克力液,像花朵那样。 Dip the balloon into the chocolate & shape it like a flower.

    Step 3

    把气球掉转来放,以杯口稳住,让它冷却凝结。 Turn balloon upside down & place in a glass to hold it in position. Leave to set in the fridge.

    Step 4

    把气球刺破,小心取出碗形巧克力,避免弄破。把碗形巧克力收入冰箱。 Pierce the balloon to burst it. Slowly pull out the balloon leaving the chocolate bowl。

    Step 5

    把芝士奶油馅填入碗形巧克力中。 Fill up each chocolate bowl with either fresh cream filling or cheese filling。【馅料做法】 把鲜奶油打发;把芝士奶油、糖及盐混合搅拌至糖溶解,然后和鲜 奶油混合,收入冰箱待用。【To prepare filling】 Whip the cream lightly until soft peaks. Beat the cream cheese with salt & sugar until sugar dissolves. Combine whipping cream and cheese cream together & chill until needed.

    Step 6

    然后上铺自选的水果,再收入冰箱。冷吃。 Top with fruits of your choice, refrigerate until needed.serve cold.(
