    Step 1

    将冬瓜切去顶,挖去心和籽,抹上适量盐和素G粉,隔水炖20分钟,倒出瓜水,留用。Open cut the top of winter melon,remove seeds and some flesh,marinate with dash of salt and vegetarian stock granule; steam for 20minutes and pour out its water,keep for later use.

    Step 2

    爆香材料B,加入猴头菇、花菇炒片刻,加入其余材料C炒匀,与冬瓜水和调味料焖煮片刻,勾芡。Sauté ingredient B until fragrant,toss in monkey head mushroom and dried mushroom; and then add in all remaining ingredients C,water from steamed winter melon and seasonings; simmer briefly,thicken with starch.

    Step 3

    将所有材料盛入冬瓜盅,再炖20分钟至瓜软身,盛起加入甜豆趁热享用。Shift all ingredients into winter melon,steam for another 20 minutes until soften,add in sweet peas and serve hot.
