    Step 1

    猪肉洗净去毛,切块状备用。Wash the pork belly and remove the hair, cut into cubes for later use.

    Step 2

    大火烧开淹盖过材料的清水,下卤料包和香料以大火煮滚10分钟,下姜葱蒜再调小火煮20分钟。Bring the water to cover the ingredients to a boil over high heat, boil the braise spices seasoning and cinnamon spices over high heat for 10 minutes, add ginger, onion and garlic and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

    Step 3

    下猪肉入卤水内调小火,下全部调味料、红酒糟,开大火煮滚后,调小火焖煮20分钟或至个人喜爱的软度。Add in pork belly into the brine and turn to low heat, add all the seasonings and turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the softness you like.

    Step 4

    取出猪肉摆盘,把酱汁煮浓稠或勾芡淋上猪肉即可。Take out the pork belly and place on the plate, cook the sauce to thicken and pour over the pork belly.

    Step 5

    热上油锅,把白馒头炸金黄色沥干油,配红烧肉吃。Heat oil in a wok, fry the buns until golden brown, drain the oil, and serve with braised pork belly.
