    Step 1

    糯米沥干水后,捞入其余材料A腌1小时,然后隔水蒸30分钟,过后加入B材料拌匀,再蒸至糯米熟透即可。Drain glutinous rice and mixes in all other ingredients A;steam for 30 minutes and mixes in ingredients B.

    Step 2

    绿豆片沥干水,加入水50毫升,蒸40分钟至熟。取出加入馅料B,用搅拌机打成泥状。倒入不黏锅,加入桔饼碎炒成团,待冷分出10等份,备用。Drain mung beans and add in 50ml water,steam for 40 minutes or until cooked. Add in filling B and blend into puree. And then pour onto non-stick wok,stir-fry with chopped kumquat candy until form like paste. Cool down and separate into 10 portions.

    Step 3

    取2片粽叶摺成斗形,加入适量糯米饭,加入1份馅料,再铺上一层糯米饭,包成粽子,用水草扎紧,隔水蒸1小时即可。Use 2 bamboo leaves to shape into cone,add in some glutinous rice,top with 1 portion of filling and cover with rice again. Wrap into triangle and tighten with hemp string.Steam for 1 hour and it's done.
