    Directions

    Step 1

    把里脊肉切4毫米厚,然后在两面割十字花。Cut pork into 4 mm thick slices. Use a sharp knife to score criss-cross pattern on one side of pork.

    Step 2

    用调味料腌猪肉10分钟。Marinate pork with seasoning for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    在腌猪肉上撒少许栗米粉,然后卷成球状,以牙签固定,待10-15分钟。Sprinkle liberally with some corn flour on the marinated pork and roll into a ball. Secure with a toothpick to hold it in shape. Put aside for 10-15 minutes.

    Step 4

    用热油以中火把猪肉炸至熟。Deep fry the pieces of pork balls in hot oil over medium heat until cooked through. Dish out.

    Step 5

    留1汤匙油在锅里,把蒜茸爆香,然后加入马蹄。Leave 1 tablespoon oil in wok, sauté chopped garlic until fragrant then add in water chestnuts.

    Step 6

    加入酱汁材料,焖煮至滚后勾芡,加入猪肉、荔枝及青葱,炒均盛出。Pour in sauce ingredients and simmer to a boil. Add thickening,fried pork balls,lychee and some spring onion. Dish out and serve at once.
