    Step 1

    羊肚菌用温水浸泡30分钟,冲洗干净,备用。Soak the morchella morel mushroom in warm water for 30 minutes, rinse and set aside.

    Step 2

    把鲜山药削皮冲洗后切小块。Peel and rinse the fresh Chinese yam and cut into small pieces.

    Step 3

    准备1个炖盅,放入药膳料和材料,放入滚水200克(约两碗)。Prepare a stewing pot, add the all ingredients and herbal ingredients, pour in 200g boiling water(about two bowls).

    Step 4

    盛入预热蒸炉,以小火炖至2小时,加入调味料,趁热享用。Put the stewing pot into preheated steamer, simmer on low heat for 2 hours, add seasonings and enjoy while hot.
